Throughholes or unthroughholes of various shapes can be copied on aluminum plastic profiles. The copying milling head adopts imported linear motion bearing, the quenched double circular guiderail is used to locate it, the manual operation is light and flexible, and the machining accuracy is high. The workpiece can be positioned with the supporting rack ruler. Pneumatic clamping, once clamping can complete the machining of the holes in the two covers of the profile which are perpendicular to each other.
