Double Head Sawing Machine

Mainly application to cut solar aluminum profile. High quality carbide saw blade gives accurate processing and high endurance, the max. outside diameter up to 400mm, high linear speed, high precision machining. When the machine working, the saw blade of both heads can cut profiles simultaneously or separately. The saw blade can be set at the angle of 90°~45°. The machine is equiped with Japanese Panasonic CNC system, computer touch screen and original package German ELGO magnetic grating ruler feedback system, which to achieve the high positioning accuracy. The repeat positioning accuracy can up to + / - 0.1mm.
