CNC 45° Double Head Sawing Machine

Mainly application to cut aluminum profile, plastic doors & windows profile into 45 degrees. One row of material can be pressed at a time which can get high production efficiency and high angle precision. The machine is equiped with Japanese Panasonic CNC system, original package German ELGO feedback system, which is to achieve the high positioning accuracy. The repeat positioning accuracy can up to + / - 0.1mm. Using the original package Italian straight-out motor which is to achieve the high cutting precision and raise mechanical stability and prolong service life. Therefore, it is more suitable for cutting aluminum alloy profile into 45°.
